Start at Mylor Beach in front of Restronquet Sailing Club TR11 5UF and row to Boscawen Park Truro TR1
Mens crews race up the river and the womens crews race the surfboats back down the river to finish at Mylor.
Surfboats to be fitted with rolling seats
